Sadhvi Sharma

Sadhvi Sharma has over 8 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, and development. In 2014, they began their career as a Back End Developer and UI/UX Designer at Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai. Sadhvi worked on simulators and explored AR and VR with the Innovation department. Sadhvi adapted Unity 3D Game Engine and designed a 3D game of Pool and an arena for the simulator games. In 2015, they joined VWO as a UI/UX Designer where they designed the UI of the website vwo.com and illustrated the visuals. In 2017, they moved to Jio as a UX/UI Design Specialist, Manager and designed the ecosystem (merchant app and customer app) of a hyperlocal platform. Sadhvi also designed interfaces for multiple features within Reliance's JioMoney app and conducted user interviews and analyzed data to improve the UX of the current JioMoney app. In 2019, they joined BCG Digital Ventures as an Experience Designer and was involved in the design research for a client project to find opportunity areas for a healthcare/financial sector. Sadhvi was also involved in ethnographic research and synthesized user interviews to define personas. In 2020, they moved to Round Feather, Inc. as a Senior Product Designer and led the web app for a fintech product - Paven. Sadhvi also defined the design system and created libraries for responsive web, iPad and mobile breakpoints, and designed interface, user flows, and information architecture for Paven native iOS app. Currently, they are a Lead Product Designer at Opto Investments since 2022.

Sadhvi Sharma has a diverse educational background. Sadhvi completed a High School degree from Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation) between 1997 and 2011, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Delhi University between 2011 and 2014, a Master of Computer Applications - MCA in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education between 2015 and 2019, and a Master of Science - MS in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design - The New School between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained a UX Design Program certification from CareerFoundry in October 2016 and a UX Design Certification from Udemy in March 2016.
