Susan Violet has extensive experience in customer service and program management across various sectors. Currently at L.L.Bean since October 2004, Susan provides exceptional customer service through multiple channels, focusing on complex problem resolution to uphold customer confidence. Previously, as Central Rehab Navigator & Liaison for the Southern Maine Agency on Aging & Maine Health ACO, involvement included collaborating with multiple rehabilitation and healthcare facilities to enhance communication and reduce patient readmissions. As Executive Director of Wayside Food Programs, Susan managed emergency hunger relief efforts while overseeing fundraising and budget management. Susan also served as Director of the Transition & Reunification Program at Volunteers of America Northern New England, managing a community corrections program and staff development. Early in the career at Central & Southern Maine Community Colleges, Susan coordinated workforce development initiatives and training programs. Susan holds a degree from the University of Southern Maine.
