Mj Harris

Mj Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. They began their career in 1987 as a General Manager/Manager at Darden, Olive Garden Restaurants, before moving up to Director of Operations and eventually Regional Vice President. At Olive Garden, they were responsible for leading teams, achieving strong performance earnings, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Mj Harris then joined Buffalo Wild Wings as a Director of Operations and later became a Regional Vice President. They continued their career at FoodFirst Global Restaurants as a Senior Vice President Operations, overseeing a team of Directors and contributing to the turnaround of Bravo and Brio restaurants. After that, Mj Harris worked as a Senior Partner, Operations at Agile Hospitality Solutions, focusing on people-first approaches. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at LM Restaurants, specifically for the Carolina Ale House.

Mj Harris attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management. They then went on to attend The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1987, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
