Lisa Mann has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Lisa started their career in brand management at Kraft Foods (formerly known as General Foods, Kraft General Foods) in 1988 and stayed there until 1994. Following that, they founded and served as the CEO of Think Marketing from 1995 to 2007. Lisa then took on various leadership roles at Kraft/Mondelez International, including Vice President of Consumer Experiences from 2008 to 2011, Vice President of Nabisco Cookies, Oreo and Chips Ahoy! and North American Marketing Services from 2011 to 2013, and Senior Vice President of the Global Gum Category from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, Lisa joined KIND Healthy Snacks as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, where they played a significant role in driving brand awareness and sales revenue. Lisa then joined PepsiCo in 2016 as the President of the Global Nutrition Group, where they successfully introduced a plant-based product portfolio and turned declining trends into profitable growth within one year. Lisa left PepsiCo in 2018.

In 2019, Lisa became the CEO and Founder of THNK MKTG, a role they held until September 2020. During this time, they also served as a Board Member at SunFed Ranch. Lisa's most recent position is at Raines International Inc., where they currently hold the title of Managing Director, Consumer Practice, and CMO.

Lisa Mann has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tufts University. Lisa also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. No further information is provided regarding the start and end years for each degree.
