Richard Sarmiento

Richard Sarmiento has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard currently works as a Vice President at Raines International, an executive search and leadership consulting firm. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry. Richard also has experience as a Recruiting Specialist at Accenture Federal Services, an Executive Search Consultant/Associate at NorthWind Partners, and an Executive Search Consultant/Account Executive at Lucas Group. Before transitioning to the private sector, Richard spent a significant part of their career in the US Army as a Commissioned Officer with roles such as Tank Platoon Leader, Scout Platoon Leader, and Armored Cavalry Troop Executive Officer.

Richard Sarmiento has a Master of Divinity - MDiv degree from Regent University. Richard also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Norwich University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS in Mathematics from Norwich University as well. Richard's education journey began at Glenbard East High School.
