Rick Harris

Rick Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several executive search firms and companies. Rick currently holds the position of Managing Director & Practice Leader at Raines International, a prominent retained executive search firm. Prior to joining Raines International, Rick was a Partner at True., where they co-led the Product, Data & Technology Practice. Rick also served as the Lead Recruiter for Executive Talent Acquisition at Vistaprint, where they successfully attracted top executives and contributed to the company's growth. Earlier in their career, Rick worked as a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International and held recruitment roles at Sapphire Technologies and Otec, Inc.

Rick Harris attended Brown University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their AB degree in Modern Culture and Media. In April 2019, Rick Harris also completed the certification program on Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
