Ana Escalera

Ana Escalera is an experienced electrical and firmware design engineer with a solid background in digital design and PCB development. Currently employed as an FPGA Firmware Design Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since January 2025, Ana previously held the title of Principal Electrical Engineer at Northrop Grumman from July 2019 to January 2025, contributing to projects such as the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile program. Additional experience includes roles at Rantec Power Systems, California Polytechnic State University, Sierra Lobo, The Aerospace Corporation, NASA, and as a mathematics tutor. Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Auburn University. Ana's technical skills encompass VHDL programming, embedded software development, laboratory testing, and project management, complemented by hands-on experience in various engineering environments.
