Courtney Grass

Courtney Grass (Thomas) is an experienced professional in talent engagement and inclusion, currently serving as Lead, Engagement & Maritime Talent Partner at L3Harris Technologies within the Integrated Mission Systems division. Previously, Courtney held various roles at L3Harris, including Senior Specialist in Engagement & Inclusion and Specialist in Engagement for the Space & Airborne Systems segment. Prior experience includes working at Harris Corporation as an Associate in Global Mobility & Employee Recognition and as an Executive Administrator. Additionally, Courtney has a background in education as an Inclusion Teacher at Orange County Public Schools and a Special Education Teacher at Brevard Public Schools. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida between 2009 and 2011.
