Jeffrey Shao

Jeffrey Shao is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist HR Business Partner at L3Harris Technologies since April 2022, Jeffrey supports the Engineering function within C5 Systems. Prior experience includes roles at Eaton, where Jeffrey worked from June 2016 to April 2022, culminating in the position of Human Resources Manager, leading HR functions for a manufacturing facility and developing key strategies for talent management. At Eaton, Jeffrey also served as a Lead HR Generalist and participated in a Human Resources Leadership Development program. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Graduate Assistant and HR Intern at West Virginia University, and HR Intern at Kennametal, as well as Management Assistant and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
