Kurt Hayes

Kurt Hayes possesses extensive experience in sales operations and management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at L3Harris Technologies, Kurt has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Operations and Director of Materials at L-3 Avionics Systems. Additional roles include Production Manager at AAR Advanced Structures and Planner with Program Management responsibilities at The Boeing Company. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Central Michigan University, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
