Lindsay Haen

Lindsay (Lucy) Haen is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at L3Harris Technologies, Lindsay previously held positions such as Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Trane Technologies and holding multiple HR roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Corporate Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Management and Organization Capability. Lindsay is in the process of advancing education at The Wharton School and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University, attained between 2012 and 2014.
