Mayra Colón

Mayra Colón serves as Vice President of Labor, Employment, Privacy, Benefits, and Immigration at L3Harris Technologies, a role assumed in December 2008 after previously holding the position of Managing Counsel, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on domestic and international labor and employment issues. Prior experience includes partnership at Colón Partners, representing employees and businesses in employment law, and serving as Senior Litigation Attorney at Chubb & Son, focusing on employment law and various litigation matters. Additionally, Mayra held the position of Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of West Palm Beach, managing litigation and legal advice across multiple departments. Earlier roles include practicing as an Attorney at Trainor, Colón and Rivera, and as an Associate Attorney at Martinez, Odell and Calabria, along with a law clerk position for Hon. Justo Arenas at the U.S. District Court - District of Puerto Rico. Mayra holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
