Neb Petrovački is an experienced engineering leader with a focus on power and energy solutions. Currently serving as Engineering Director and Division Chief Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, Neb oversees a diverse team of approximately 200 engineers in the Maritime Power and Energy Solutions division. Previously held roles at Honeywell included Senior Global Engineering Director and PMO Leader, where Neb managed extensive global engineering teams and led strategic projects within the Industrial Safety sector. Earlier career milestones include managing cutting-edge 4G wireless projects and developing flowmeter technologies at Powerwave Technologies and McCrometer-Danaher, respectively. Neb's academic credentials include a Master of Science and PhD candidacy in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, complemented by advanced studies at UC Santa Barbara and Caltech.
