Randall Lum serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Technology at L3Harris Technologies, overseeing end-to-end solutions in the aerospace and defense sector. Prior to this role, Randall Lum held various leadership positions at Northrop Grumman, including Corporate Director of Engineering, where strategic development and implementation across multiple sectors were emphasized. Notable achievements include leading the submission of a high-stakes proposal that significantly increased engineering jobs and infrastructure. At SAIC, Randall Lum directed multiple business units and demonstrated strong performance in revenue growth. Early in the career at Lockheed Martin, Randall Lum achieved successes as a Program Manager and in technical roles supporting national security initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Pacific, along with further education at Harvard Business School.
