Renee Cady

Renee Cady is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Integrated Mission Systems at L3Harris Technologies since January 2020, Cady has previously held significant positions, including Vice President of Global People Services & HR Transformation at Carrier and Vice President of Human Resources at UTC Aerospace Systems, where responsibilities included leading the Rockwell Collins acquisition integration planning for the Human Resources function.
