Rodney Adams

Rodney Adams is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership, systems engineering, and software development. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at L3Harris Technologies since November 2017, Rodney has held various roles, including Lead/Principal Software Engineer. Previous positions include Senior Software Design/Dev Engineer at Aerotek, Senior Software Architect at Brass Roots Technologies, and numerous engineering roles at Nortel, where Rodney led multiple project teams successfully. Rodney possesses strong skills in C#, C++, embedded programming, and a variety of software development tools and methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and advanced degrees in Computer Science and Physics from Texas A&M University.
