Tanya Sherin

Tanya Sherin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and project management. Currently serving as Principal of Talent Management at L3Harris Technologies since October 2015, Tanya has previously held significant roles at Joy Global as Project Manager for Learning Systems and at Komatsu America as Product Manager for Customer Support Systems. Demonstrated expertise includes managing learning management systems, leading communication and change management initiatives, software licensing, and maintaining electronic publications. Tanya’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from the University of Evansville.
