Valerie Spogen

Valerie Spogen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies since November 2020, Valerie has previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at RAYTHEON CYBER SOLUTIONS INC from October 2018 to October 2020, and spent over three decades at Harris Corporation as a Program Manager. In addition to corporate roles, Valerie owned and operated Alloy Wheel Specialists of Space Coast LLC, focusing on wheel and rim repair from August 2015 to July 2017. Valerie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, earned between 1981 and 1985, and has a proven track record in executing and leading multi-million dollar projects for both government and commercial clients.
