Leticia Castro

Leticia Castro is a multimedia coordinator at la diaria since April 2017, where responsibilities include coordinating the multimedia area and serving as a web content editor and coeditor of the Education section. Drawing from extensive experience as a journalist in various roles, Leticia has covered educational topics for la diaria, contributed to Fundación Ceibal on innovation and educational technology, and worked with the Intendencia de Montevideo on disability issues. In addition to practical experience, Leticia serves as an assistant professor at the Universidad de la República and is pursuing a master's degree in Interactive Digital Communication at Universidad Nacional de Rosario, following a postgraduate specialization in Digital Journalism. Leticia holds a bachelor's degree in Communication from the Universidad de la República.
