Michael Pratt

Michael Pratt has a diverse work experience in finance and strategy roles. Michael is currently the Chief Executive Officer at La Jolla Group since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Strategy at La Jolla Group from March 2018 to January 2022. Before joining La Jolla Group, they worked at Nike as the West Territory Finance Director from July 2015 to September 2017. Michael also held positions in strategic planning and corporate strategy and development at Nike between February 2011 and April 2013. Prior to Nike, Michael worked as the EVP of Corporate Development at No Fear from April 2008 to February 2011. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Thomas Weisel Partners, Merrill Lynch, Cowen and Company, and Robertson Stephens.

Michael Pratt has a BS in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business.
