Maria Inês Matias

Maria Inês Matias, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology since July 2021, following a prior role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institut de Génétique Moléculaire de Montpellier from September 2014 to April 2021. Maria Inês completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in T cell metabolism at the University of Montpellier from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Maria Inês earned a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Universidade de Coimbra from 2013 to 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the same institution from 2010 to 2013.
