MOHAMMED MAZGOUR is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef Exécutif at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort since November 2023. With a robust career in the hospitality industry, positions include Adjoint Chef Exécutif at Hyatt Regency Casablanca and Chef Exécutif at Le Casablanca Hotel, both since January 2020 and January 2019, respectively. MOHAMMED has also held roles as Exécutif Chef de Cuisine at Widiane Suites & Spa Resort since 2015 and Sous Chef de Cuisine at Hyatt Regency since January 2011. Additional experience spans various esteemed establishments, such as Chef de Cuisine at Hôtel Del Parque and La Mafia se sienta a la mesa, with roots in the culinary field beginning in 2004.
