Kristen Diver

Kristen Diver is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at La Pecora Bianca since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held the same title at Prentice Organization from August 2021 to October 2024. Kristen's extensive background includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud, as well as roles as Human Resources Manager at Waterton and Human Resources & Training Manager at Patina Restaurant Group. Kristen began a career in hospitality at Union Square Hospitality Group as a Restaurant Manager and held an earlier position as Athlete’s Village Manager at Aramark.
