Rebekah Fant-Male has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Rebekah has held various roles in different organizations, starting from 2012 to the present. Rebekah began their career in 2012 as a Lead Instructor at Guernsey Sailing Trust, where they taught and managed groups of students learning to sail. In 2016, they worked as a Student Teacher at the University of Leicester. Following that, they worked as a Science Teacher at LEES BROOK COMMUNITY SCHOOL and TEDDINGTON SCHOOL, teaching biology and physics. At The Wren School, they served as a Science Teacher and later took on the role of KS3 Science Lead. Rebekah Fant-Male obtained their Master of Arts in Education Policy and Society from King's College London, from 2021 to 2023.
