Mark Silverbush joined LaSalle’s staff in 1991, and has extensive experience in children and family services in various treatment and leadership roles. He is currently the associate executive director for quality, strategy and compliance. Mark oversees outcome oriented approaches to programs and services to achieve outcomes and maintain compliance with best standard practices and regulations.
He promotes effective data-driven and performance based models of quality improvement and works with agency staff and leadership to achieve the essential components of an integrated, overarching quality improvement program. Mark also works closely with leadership and the Board of Trustees on strategic planning to identify emerging trends and to create new opportunities for services and programs and meaningful outcomes for youth and families.
In April 2015, Mark was responsible for coordinating, organizing, and implementing the process resulting in LaSalle receiving high marks in all compliance standards identified by the national Council on Accreditation (COA) as being necessary for an agency’s excellence. This outcome resulted in COA’s expedited reaccreditation of LaSalle’s programs and services. COA is an international, independent, nonprofit, human service accrediting organization founded in 1977.
Mark earned a Master of Social Work degree from the State University of New York at Albany, School of Social Welfare and Master of Science in Organization Management and Human Resources Certificate from Sage Graduate School, Albany, NY.
