Bob Lucian

Bob Lucian brings more than 30 years of financial experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at La-Z-Boy Incorporated. As CFO, he leads the global finance and accounting team responsible for external reporting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, treasury and risk management and the tax function.

Before joining La-Z-Boy as VP, Finance, Lucian served as the North American Professional Beauty Chief Financial Officer at Coty, Inc., a global pure-play beauty company, and provided financial leadership during the company’s acquisition of Procter & Gamble’s (P&G) Specialty Beauty Business. Lucian led a 26-person finance team across North America to integrate and harmonize financial planning and analysis, sales finance, brand finance, and credit/accounts receivable organizations and workstreams across the two businesses. Prior to that, Lucian spent over 30 years with P&G serving in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for the company’s North America Salon Professional business. In that role he developed and executed a three-year strategic plan which included pricing, go-to-market innovation, merchandising efficiencies, and marketing improvements, resulting in a profitable turnaround of the business.

Throughout his tenure at P&G, he served in multiple business units, corporate finance, treasury, new business development, and global supply chain finance. He also spent several years on international assignments for the company.

Lucian earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati and is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
