Kristen Perkins

Kristen Perkins, MBA, serves as the Sr. Global Talent Development Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated, where responsibilities include creating and executing a global Talent Development strategy, managing development programs, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. With experience in various roles at La-Z-Boy, including Talent Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager, Kristen has successfully led leadership development initiatives and managed talent management processes. Prior to La-Z-Boy, experience includes the role of Organizational Learning and Development Manager at Velocity, where Kristen implemented the company's first Learning Management System, and a series of HR-focused positions at NAMSA. Kristen holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Tiffin University and a BA in Interpersonal Communications from Bowling Green State University.
