Meghan O'Leary is a former professional athlete and Olympian who participated in the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games as a member of the United States Women's Double in rowing. Meghan also served as a Board Director for USRowing, contributing to the organization's strategic planning process and leading the creation of USRowing's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. In addition to their sports career, Meghan has held various roles in companies such as United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties, LA28, Beta Boom, QDS Capital, and BrightSight Speakers. Meghan has also worked as an independent consultant, offering expertise in go-to-market strategies and fundraising for emerging companies in the sports technology, media, and fitness sector. Meghan co-founded Turazo, a B2B talent acquisition and mentorship software platform, where they played a significant role in operations, business development, and leading the company to profitability. Prior to that, they had experience at ESPN in programming, acquisitions, content production, and live event and studio production. Currently, Meghan works as the Director of Commercial Development & Innovation for both United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties and LA28, with a focus on developing and managing commercial products and programs for Team USA and the LA 2028 Olympic Games.

Meghan O'Leary, OLY holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. Meghan later pursued a Master of Education degree with a focus on Social Foundations & Policy at the same university. Most recently, they enrolled in the Business Management program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2022. Additionally, Meghan has obtained a certification in Sports Marketing from Northwestern University in 2021.
