Marius Pienaar

Marius joined LAB Group in 2021 and has 20 years of experience working in the software/tech/financial markets Client Support space. He grew up in South Africa and moved to Australia in 2017 with his family, initially for 2 years, ended up staying and calling Melbourne home.

He is extremely passionate about finding new ways to support clients, adopting new methods in delivering support, either through process automation, client self-serve initiatives, or intuitive software (working smarter and not harder). He absolutely loves a good “Troubleshooting session” (doesn’t everyone?) and truly believes there is an answer to any problem, in most instances we simply haven’t found it yet.

In his spare time, he is a sports coach (Rugby and Cricket), loves hanging with Mariette and the “BOYS” (Mehan 9, Milan 6), spending time with mates and just giving life a fair go.
