Katherine Biehn

Katherine Biehn currently serves as a Protein Sales Representative for Direct Source Meats at Labatt Food Service, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Fourth Grade ESL Reading Teacher at Spring Branch ISD from June 2021 to June 2022, a Life Skills Elementary School Teacher with Austin Independent School District from January 2021 to May 2021, and an Autism Self Contained Classroom Teacher Assistant at College Station ISD from March 2020 to December 2020. Katherine's academic background consists of a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas A&M University earned in 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M University completed in 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Research Assistant and Student Technician at Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, respectively.
