Bill Heidelberg, PMP, has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Bill began their career as an Electronics Technician in the United States Air Force, where they served for 11 years, specializing in system administration and quality control. After leaving the military, Bill transitioned into the private sector, working as a Business Analyst and Software Developer for VLC/EDS. Bill then moved on to Anchor Gaming/IGT, where they took on the role of Project Manager, overseeing large-scale central system installation and conversion projects. At IGT, they also served as the Technical Publications Manager, leading a team of technical writers and managing various publications projects. Bill later joined Wellmont Health System, where they held several roles, including Sr. IT Internal Auditor and Project Manager, focusing on clinical system implementations and internal audits. Currently, they are the Director of the IT Project Management Office at LabConnect, where they continue to utilize their expertise in project management and leadership.

Bill Heidelberg, PMP obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from King University in 2008-2009. At the same time, they also earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the same university. In 2006-2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from King University as well. In November 2012, Bill obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
