Nick Leet has over 11 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Nick is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at LabConnect, where they oversee the global talent acquisition function. In their previous role at DiaSorin Inc., Nick was the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for North America, responsible for implementing long and short-term recruitment strategies. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Granite City Food & Brewery, where they successfully developed and led recruitment marketing and communication strategies. Nick also gained experience in talent acquisition at Amplifon and Target, where they held various positions. Overall, Nick is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in reducing time to fill, lowering agency spend, and enhancing hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

Nick Leet obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership Communications, with a minor in Human Resource Management, from Metro State University. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications, including General Data Protection Regulation (DP01 Ver 1.0) from Verification Services Inc, Mental Health First Aider from Health Counseling Services, and Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies from LinkedIn.
