Alice Stuurman

Alice Stuurman has extensive experience in HR and people management. Alice has held various roles in different companies, including LabConnect as Senior Director HR EMEA, where they are currently employed. Alice has also worked as a contributor to the EIT Raw Materials Accelerator Program, providing HR expertise to scale-ups. In addition, Stuurman has provided interim and consultancy services in people and talent management at Plezier & Succes. Alice has held positions such as Principal HR and CHRO Spotler Group at CNBB Venture Partners and Global HR Director at myTomorrows. Stuurman has also worked at Johnson & Johnson and Crucell, where they held leadership positions in human resources.

Alice Stuurman has a diverse education history. Alice obtained a Master's Degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University in 1991, and later completed a Master's Degree with honors in Personeelwetenschappen (Human Resource Management) from the same university in 1993. In 2000, Alice also received a post-doc degree in Change Management from SIOO.

Throughout their career, Alice attended various professional development programs and training courses. Alice completed the "Leergang Commissarissen" program in 2023, attended the Behavioural Design Academy in 2020, and obtained certifications from several business schools including Nyenrode Business University, IESE Business School, TIAS School for Business and Society, Vlerick Business School, and the Management Drives certification.

In addition to their academic and professional training, Alice obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 1987. Alice completed their secondary education at Gymnasium Rolduc.

Furthermore, Alice has a certification in Venture Deals from Kauffman Fellows & TechStars, obtained in 2021.
