Colette Simone Dufur

Colette Simone Dufur has an extensive background in laboratory management and technical services, currently serving as Laboratory Manager at Labcorp since August 1992, overseeing Technical Service Agreements and managing flow cytometry laboratories. Previously, Colette held positions as Supervisor and Team Lead in the Flow Cytometry Laboratory, leading a team of 16 flow cytometrists, planning work schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards. Colette's career began at Duke University Medical Center as a Medical Technologist in the pediatric intensive care laboratory. Educational qualifications include a Medical Technology degree from Carolinas Medical Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
