Lakshmanan Iyer is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics with extensive experience in data science and computational biology. Currently serving as a Principal Bioinformatics Scientist at Labcorp since May 2015, Iyer is part of the Center of Excellence in Data Science and Bioinformatics, focusing on leveraging various data science disciplines to address clinical and operational challenges. Concurrently, Iyer holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Molecular Cardiology Research Institute at Tufts Medical Center, specializing in vascular gene expression regulation.
