Tonya Finley-Gaskill

Tonya Finley-Gaskill, CBP, currently serves as Senior Director of Global Benefits at Labcorp since November 2024. With extensive experience in benefits management, Tonya previously held the position of Senior Benefits Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2019 to November 2024 and Benefits Manager at Ferguson Enterprises from October 2004 to May 2019. Responsibilities include developing health and welfare strategies for a workforce of 26,000 associates, overseeing the design and implementation of various benefit programs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Tonya also conducts due diligence for HR acquisitions, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and handles executive benefits management. Educationally, Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
