Amy Galiana

Amy Galiana has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions throughout their career. Amy is currently the HR Director at LaBella Associates. Prior to that, they served as the Chief HR Officer at Highland Hospital of Rochester NY from April 2019 to January 2024. Before that, Amy worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Rochester Institute of Technology from March 2015 to March 2019. Amy also held senior HR roles at GateHouse Media and Eastman Kodak, where they led HR strategies and functions for these organizations. Amy began their career at YMCA of Greater Rochester, where they served as the Center Director for the Victor YMCA & Camp Arrowhead.

Amy Galiana obtained their BA in Political Science from Villanova University from 1986 to 1990.
