Amanda Marks

Amanda Marks currently serves as the Tasting Room Manager and Winery Clubs Manager at LaBelle Winery, a position held since March 2022, after previously working as the Tasting Room Assistant Manager. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Claims Specialist for Progressive Insurance, where responsibilities included managing a high volume of claims and investigating complex liability cases. Amanda has also held positions at Total Wine & More, first as an Operations Supervisor, and then as a Wine Specialist, where skills in workflow management and customer service were demonstrated. In the healthcare field, Amanda served as an Outpatient and Court Services Clinician at Lahey Health Behavioral Services and as a Licensed Mental Health Professional with MHM Services/MA Department of Correction, providing therapeutic and crisis services. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Forensic Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
