Monica Faronato

Monica Faronato is a senior scientist at LabGenius. Prior to this, they worked as a research associate at Imperial College London from July 2012 to April 2020. Monica also worked as a research associate at the University of Liverpool from August 2007 to June 2012. In addition, they have a PhD in Oncology Urology from Marche Polytechnic University.

Monica Faronato studied marine biology at the Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona, Italy. Monica then went on to study biology at the University of Parma in Italy. After that, they studied for a general certificate of education at the Brescia Liceo Scientifico Calini in Italy. Finally, they have a certification from Imperial College London in CIEH level3 and from the University of Liverpool in IELT.

They work with Pierre-Yves Colin - Senior Scientist, Nicola Evans - Asset Lead, and Rebecca Mighell - Platform Scientist. Monica Faronato reports to Gino Van Heeke, Chief Scientific Officer.
