Virginie Launay

Virginie Launay is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Indirect Procurement and Services Director at Laboratoires Mayoly Spindler since July 2022. In this role, Virginie has integrated procurement activities globally, managed the transfer of headquarters, and developed procurement strategies across all affiliates. Prior to this position, Virginie held various roles in procurement, including Responsible for Indirect Purchases at Laboratoires Mayoly Dermatologie and purchasing roles at Indigo and Alcon Laboratories, where significant cost savings and compliance measures were implemented. Virginie’s diverse experience encompasses project management, contract negotiation, and the establishment of procurement processes across multiple sectors. Virginie holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from ICD Business School.
