Vanessa Araníbar D'Uniam has a diverse work experience. Vanessa started their career as a Practitioner at the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú. Vanessa later joined Holding Graña y Montero, first as a Communications Assistant and later as an Internal Communicator, where they were responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and managing internal communications for the company.

Vanessa then moved on to Grupo TDM, where they initially worked as a Communications Coordinator, overseeing internal and external communications for the company and leading agile multidisciplinary teams for project development. Vanessa later transitioned into the role of Internal Communicator, where they were responsible for developing and managing the company's internal communication strategy and the corporate intranet.

In 2019, they joined Laboratoria as the Brand Manager in Lima, focusing on managing the company's communication and image in Peru and positioning Laboratoria through various communication channels and events.
