Sonia Palomeras

Sonia Palomeras, PhD, is an accomplished research and academic professional with extensive experience in molecular oncology and biomedicine. Currently serving as an R&D Researcher and Project Leader at HIPRA since March 2022, Sonia previously held positions as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Girona, and as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in the New Therapeutic Targets Laboratory at the same institution. With a rich background that includes project management and academic roles, Sonia earned a PhD in Molecular Oncology from the University of Girona, complemented by a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology and Biomedicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same university.
