Mario Tellez has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management across various industries. Currently serving as Gerente Recursos Humanos at Laboratorios Sanfer since July 2021, responsibilities include collective relations, employer substitution, and compliance audits. Previously, Mario held key positions at Laboratorios Silanes as Gerente Corporativo Nómina, overseeing payroll processes, and as Gerente de Recursos Humanos para manufactura, focusing on workforce indicators. Experience also includes managing compensation projects at Televisa and Maxcom, where Mario ensured competitive salary structures and maintained labor relations.
