Melinda Strickland

Melinda Strickland, MBA, SCT(ASCP) has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in sales and management roles. Melinda began their career at Pathology Services Laboratory in 1996, where they served as the Cytology Supervisor for over a decade. In 2008, they joined Hologic, Inc. and held various positions, including Cytology Applications Specialist, Diagnostic Sales Specialist, and Strategic Account Manager - Perinatal. In 2018, they transitioned to Laborie, where they first served as a Regional Business Leader and later became a Regional Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of National Sales Director, focusing on Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Neonatal specialties. Melinda's proven track record in sales and leadership positions demonstrates their ability to drive results and effectively manage teams.

Melinda Strickland, MBA, SCT(ASCP) holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cytotechnology/Cytotechnologist from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 1988. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Ecology from Tennessee Technological University from 1981 to 1985.
