Tyler Jacobson

Tyler Jacobson has worked in a variety of roles in the sales and customer service industries since 2000. Tyler began their career as a New Business Specialist/Sales Producer at Allstate Insurance and was responsible for establishing and maintaining marketing strategies. Tyler then moved to Sterling Life Insurance, where they were an Agent and achieved the highest production among new agents. After that, they worked as a Customer Solutions Sales Rep at Qwest Communications and developed strong conflict resolution skills. From 2004 to 2010, they held various roles in the pharmaceutical industry at Novaquest/Quintiles Transnational/Eli Lilly, JPMorgan Chase, Pitney Bowes and Publicis Touchpoint Solutions. In 2012, they moved to Sanofi Pasteur as a Vaccine Specialist and was responsible for vaccine sales in the Idaho territory. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Customer Success at LabStats, where they partner with schools to help them stop guessing about where resources are used and pick up hard data reports.

Tyler Jacobson attended Rigby High School from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their high school diploma. Tyler then attended Idaho State University from 1993 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology.
