Anthony Avallone

Anthony Avallone is currently an Associate at LABUR, but they have also worked as a bartender at The Woodwinds and an assistant to the CFO and Sr. Property Manager at Horton Group LLC.

Anthony's first job was bartending at a local wedding venue, which introduced him to the event planning industry and taught him key responsibilities involved in running a dining and enjoyment establishment. Bartending was an extremely interactive job where Anthony was constantly conversing with others while managing to get their job done effectively. It brought out and developed a few new skills sets that are not developed in the classroom or an ordinary office place.

After their bartending gig, Anthony went on to work as an assistant to the CFO and Sr. Property Manager at Horton Group LLC. Anthony was tasked with looking over financial statements, accessing future and current real estate and company investment, inputting data into QuickBooks, and completely managing pieces of property from time to time. Anthony dealt directly with tenants and focused on collecting payments on time and fulfilling the needs of those who were new leasers in certain properties. Anthony also sat in on investment negotiating calls and meetings as well as was introduced to the different attributes that make certain investments more attractive than others in the industry.

Overall, Anthony's work history has given him a well-rounded view of different industries, from event planning to real estate. Anthony has developed strong communication skills from their years of interacting with customers and clients, and they have also gained valuable experience in financial analysis and QuickBooks. These skills will no doubt come in handy as they continue to move up the corporate ladder at LABUR.

Anthony attended Providence College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Anthony also holds a certification in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
