Abigail East

Abigail East has a strong background in HR and change consultation, with roles at various companies throughout their career. Abigail has experience in areas such as HR strategy, leadership development, talent management, and recruitment. Notable accomplishments include managing the turnaround of the HR function at Hay Group, designing and implementing resourcing processes, and revising company-wide profit share schemes. Abigail has also worked as an Associate Consultant for the CIPD and held leadership positions at Avanade and Accenture. Currently, they serve as the People & Workplace Executive Director at LACE Partners.

Abigail East has a strong educational background in various fields. Abigail first attended The King's School, Worcester from 1989 to 1991, where they achieved 3 A Levels in English, Geography, and Biology. Abigail then pursued their higher education at the University of Bristol from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a BSc Hons degree in Psychology. Abigail continued their studies at The University of Westminster from 1995 to 1997, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) from CIPD in 2007 and BPS Level A and B Psychometrics from The British Psychological Society in 2005.
