Emma Taylor's work experience begins in 1999 with an industrial placement at Holden Meehan IFA where they gained hands-on experience in systems administration and IT projects. Emma then joined Snowdrop Systems in 2002 and became a Sales Executive, successfully bringing in over 100 new clients and managing the entire sales process. In 2007, they joined Sage as a Sales Executive, representing the company's mid-market HR and payroll division. Emma later transitioned to Coachworks Consulting as a Business Development Manager, where they contributed to project planning and technology development. From 2010 to 2019, Emma worked at ADP in various roles, including Sales Manager and Manager Private Equity and Strategic Alliances. In 2019, they took a break from their career to focus on their role as a mother. In 2019, Emma also joined Oracle as an Account Director for Oracle HCM Cloud. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Executive Director at LACE Partners, where they help build long-term relationships with clients and delivery partners.
Emma Taylor attended the University of the West of England from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BA(HONS) degree in Business Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended The Ecclesbourne School, where they completed 4 A'Level's and 11 GCSE's, although specific dates are not provided.
