Fadel Makki

Fadel Makki has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Fadel has worked as a Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Laceco since 2019, where they oversee strategic initiatives and offers assistance in developing successful business plans. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Pace | Architecture Engineering + Planning from 2011 to 2019, where they coordinated manpower plans and assisted with budget development for projects. Fadel also worked as a Human Capital Manager - Consultant / People and Organization at Ernst & Young in 2010, where they led HR transformation initiatives and implemented various programs for clients. Fadel served as the Corporate Training and Career Development Manager at The Sultan Center from 2008 to 2010, where they established career paths and succession plans. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Faqra Catering in 2007 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at SUT from 2004 to 2007.

Fadel Makki earned an Executive MBA with Distinction from the American University of Beirut in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration with Distinction in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) in 2005. Fadel also holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the American University of Culture & Education, completed in 2004. Fadel attained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution in 2002. Additionally, Fadel Makki has obtained various certifications, including "Digital Agility in Facing Disruption" from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2021, "Trends in AI & Ethics" from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021, and other certifications related to leadership, coaching, communication, finance, and change management from EY.
