Caitlin Donahue M.ed.

Caitlin Donahue, M.Ed., possesses a diverse background in talent development and organizational training. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Development at The Lacek Group, Caitlin has previously held roles including Talent Development Specialist and Communications and Events Manager for MNODN. Additional experience includes positions as Field Trainer and Franchise Management and Training Consultant at Holiday Companies and Holiday Stationstore, respectively, as well as an Organizational Development Intern at Lily Pad Consulting. Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota.
